• Consultant, where we tell you what you must do; let’s say handle a marketing problem, a campaign, troubleshoot an HR situation or help you create something to improve your business
• Coach, where we advise you on options and which we would suggest as a good option. We can offer you solutions on social media for instance and then advise you on the best ways to improve your brand
• Counselor, where we offer advice and options and you make the decision. For instance, we can provide you the pros and cons of a decision and you make the final choice.
In order for us to help you effect change we need to be analytical, a good listener and of course, a first class facilitator. The good part about working one on one with you is that we can fine tune the way in which we work together.
